Shipping within Australia

You can expect your delivery within 2-5 working days. We use Express Post so that we can track your parcel’s progress to you. We can provide you with the registration number if you wish to follow your parcel.

International Shipping

Delivery is either via Australia Post Mail airmail or via DHL. A signature may be required on delivery. We aim to get your order to you within a few days, but please allow from 8 to 21 days depending on your location and service selection.

Returns / Exchanges

BODCARE will only accept returns if the items you have received are faulty. In the event that this occurs, we will be happy to exchange or refund within 7 days of you receiving your order. Please remember to provide us with your receipt as proof of purchase. We will not be held liable for the cost of postage for returns. To ensure your item arrives safely back to us here at BODCARE, please express post or send your items via registered post. We will not be held liable for items lost in the post.
